Instant Pot Chicken Noodle Soup: Ingredients: 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts 1 medium onion, chopped 2 garlic cloves, minced 3 carrots, peeled and chopped 3 celery stalks, chopped 8 cups chicken broth 3 cups egg noodles 2 teaspoons dried thyme Salt and pepper, to taste Instructions: Set the Instant Pot to "Saute" mode and add olive oil. Air Fryer Baked Potatoes


Ingredients:


  • 4 large russet potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Optional toppings: shredded cheese, sour cream, green onions

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.

  2. Pierce each potato several times with a fork.

  3. Rub olive oil all over each potato and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

  4. Place potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket.

  5. Cook for 35-40 minutes, or until potatoes are tender when pierced with a fork.

  6. Let the potatoes cool for a few minutes before slicing open and adding your desired toppings. 


Air Fryer Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients:


  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Optional toppings: grated Parmesan cheese, balsamic glaze

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.

  2. In a large bowl, toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

  3. Place Brussels sprouts in a single layer in the air fryer basket.

  4. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket every 5 minutes, or until sprouts are crispy and tender.

  5. Remove from the air fryer and top with Parmesan cheese and/or balsamic glaze, if desired.

Air Fryer Fish Tacos

Ingredients:


  • 1 pound white fish fillets, such as cod or tilapia
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • Optional toppings: shredded cabbage, sliced avocado, lime wedges, salsa

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
  2. Cut fish fillets into strips.
  3. Set up a breading station: put flour, beaten egg, and panko breadcrumbs into three separate bowls.
  4. Season the fish strips with salt and pepper.
  5. Dredge fish strips in flour, then egg, then panko, pressing gently to adhere.
  6. Place fish strips in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  7. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, or until fish is cooked through and breadcrumbs are golden and crispy.
  8. Warm tortillas in the air fryer for 1-2 minutes.
  9. Assemble tacos by placing fish strips and desired toppings in tortillas.
